I'm running bamboo and whenever my build triggers, I get this error show up in the system errors page, but the build seems to complete just fine.

Has anyone seen this or know what would cause it?

Hello,

It looks like you either had another plan with the same key that was deleted but the results weren't cleaned up or someone forced reset of the build numbers.
