This was working fine yesterday. Today I don't seem to be able to create a server. When I try to do it manually it simply tells me it failed. When I try to configure a server, I don't get the product list, so when I try to change the configuration, it fails. I can log into Amazon with the account in question, and create a server, so not sure what the problem is.
Still not sure what the issue was. I changed my AWS account, and it works. Not sure why the old one stopped working. The product list not being there definitely suggested a permissions issue.
These kind of problems are best resolved through Atlassian Support.
