build trigger via rest api not working for bamboo spec build plan

I have a build plan tracked by bamboo spec repo. I am hoping to Queue a build via rest api/CLI for this plan branch, but unable to trigger any due to below error:

error: Client error: Build <projectKey>-<planKey> has state SUCCESSFUL. It is not eligible to be restarted.

Can someone please help

I was actually using Build Number as well in my api call.

I corrected the problem.

No issues now.
