Why I am not getting custom installation option while installing Bamboo?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Can you confirm your Bamboo version?
From Bamboo 8.0, Express Installation is no longer presented to align with the new Data Center model (in the past we had two buttons, Custom & Express installation). However, you can still use it by selecting the H2 database in the Database type drop-down menu.
By selecting it, you won't have to enter the database connection details, such as URL, username & password, as well as other options, and will move directly to the Select data screen.
Please note that the embedded H2 database is not recommended for production usage.
