What are "Trusted Keys"?

Deleted user February 15, 2016

Bamboo 5.10.1 introduced a new feature "Managed Trusted Keys".  Unfortunately, the documentation is atrocious and doesn't explain the use case.

So, what are trusted keys used for? Are these used for the trust relationship between bamboo and SCM repositories accessed over SSH, or is it some sort of SSH access to Bamboo itself?

The documentation will be updated soon. Yes, they are used to establish trust between Bamboo and the servers Bamboo contacts (not necessarily limited to SCMs)

They are used to allow Bamboo administrator to confirm public SSH key of used SCM. Just additional level of trust.
