Upgrading from old version of Bamboo (5.12), cannot find necessary downloads

I found a page that discusses the upgrade path from Bamboo 5.12 to 7.1, however I cannot find where to download the versions necessary.

Reportedly, I need to download versions 5.14 and  6.5 before going to 7.1.  I cannot find the links.  Does anyone have any insight?
