Unable to open more than 10 IE browser using nunit runner bamboo plugin

I'v created script to open 15 IE browsers in a row. When I use console to run nunit test test is successful. When I use HPE UFT/Lean Ft plugin test is passed as well. However when I am using nunit plugin on Bamboo to run the same test it is always failing after 10 loop.

Apparently the plugin is not working as expected. Can you please support me with the root cause and provide me solution?
