Unable to connect bitbucket repository from bamboo

Edited

I am unable to connect to bitbucket.org from my Bamboo server using shared credentials. This is what I get:

This problem only started happening after I have changed my bitbucket.org password. I did update my shared credentials with the new password, but still no luck.

I looked into atlassian-bamboo log and it only says this:

2018-05-03 14:41:46,007 INFO [http-apr-8085-exec-12] [RepositoryResource] Testing connection to repository (type: Bitbucket Cloud, location: https://bitbucket.org/secret_team/secret_project)

My setup:

* Bamboo 6.3.0 build 60304
* Git repository on bitbucket.org

After updating git (https://gitforwindows.org/) to the latest version and updating Bamboo from 6.3 to 6.5, the issue simply disappeared.

Hi Nik,

Quite often recreating the Application Link (or Linked Repository) will resolve these types of issues. Please recreate the link and test for connectivity.

Regards,

BIll

Hi Bill. Thanks for the reply. I have tried recreating the Linked Repository (deleted it and created a new one with a different name), however it did not resolve the problem.

I've discovered another strange behavior. The screenshot:

In all honestly, this looks like a bug in Bamboo. Strange thing is that everything has been working fine for 1.5 years until I have changed my bitbucket.org password.

This is a very critical problem for my team and I will truly appreciate your help on this.

Hello i've a problem, when i select my shared creditentials, and then try to select repository my bamboo told me "no match found", i've no button to "Load Repository",

and after that i cannot link my bitbucket cloud repository

please help me it's for a end year's school project
