Too many calls to the crowd rest api.

Dear All.

 

My Bamboo version is 5.15.5 and using Crowd SSO.

There are 15 agents and fewer than 1~2 concurrent users.

 

My Bamboo crowd.properties

-------------------------------------

session.validationinterval 20

bamboo.crowd.cache.minutes 60

--------------------------------------

others is default

 

By the way, bamboo calls the following Crowd rest api four to 5~6 times per every second.

 

/crowd/rest/usermanagement/1/config/cookie

/crowd/rest/usermanagement/1/session/sessionkey value

 

Is this signal from the agent? (web :  1~2 concurrent users)

 

Is this normal?

Or what am I doing wrong?

No. These are connections from the users accessing the application itself. Nothing to be worried about.

Thank you for your kind and quick reply.
The frequency of CROWD calls in BAMBOO is much higher than in JIRA, CONFLUENCE, and FISHEYE.
I am afraid that CROWD server will be overloaded.

Yes. This is something that you have to prepare for. The load of all your other products calling Crowd.
