We have decommissioned our previous Bamboo server and built a new one. I went to apply the license we have during initial installation and it's saying the license key is invalid. Support has expired for that license but I was told it's a perpetual license and that it should still work even though we don't have paid support yet. Any idea why this would be happening?
Hi @Cade Lambert,
When you built the new Bamboo server did you make sure to install the exact same version as the one you decommissioned. My understanding, is that your license is valid for all versions that have been release up to the date your license expires. If you accidentally grabbed the installer for a newer version it would give you the error you have indicated.
I hope that helps!

Yup, that was it. I was able to install the version that was released when we purchased the license.
