We have a project which has 4 plans.
Each plan triggers a stage upon completion of the last.
Each plan is scheduled to run at Midnight.
Following the DST time change.. the plan owner has set the scheduled job minus 1 hr to 23:00 hrs.
The database stamps the time as midnight whereas the plan shows it ran at 23:00?
ie the plan runs between 23:00hrs on 31st March and finishes before 00:00
However, when we run a report for April (1st - 30th) we see data for these plans from March?
Hi Darrell,
This is likely occurring because some data is being recorded just before midnight and appearing as activity very early on the 1st, meaning it will appear on April's report.
Regards,
Bill
Thanks for your response Bill. We are trying to understand how this can happen.. I have looked at the dates for the plans that appear to be being pulled from the previous month but the dates appear accurate. Do you know how the build activity report collates this data? what tables it looks at and how it determines which month the plan activity ran in?
Many Thanks
