Task type Maven X.x not found while adding new task

I am trying to add a new task to the default job. It's a maven project.

When I search for the task type I could not find any maven 3.x, .x or 1.x version.

I have searched in Atlassian Marketplace as well, all I found is Maven 3.x Artifacts Download and Maven POM value extractor.

Can someone please help with the issue?

Hi @shoeb131

Things like this may happen if the plugin is disabled for some reason.

  • Have you used this plugin before in your instance?
  • Can you share what is the Bamboo version you are running out there?
  • Would you mind checking if the Atlassian Bamboo Maven Tasks Plugin has all its modules enabled?
Please go to Admin >> Overview >> Manage apps, select All apps and search for maven. You should see all the modules enabled.

If for some reason the modules are disabled, you can try enabling them. In case they cannot be enabled or you don't find the plugin, please check for details in the Bamboo logs at <Bamboo_Home>/logs/atlassian-bamboo.log.

I hope that helps you to move forward.

Thanks a lot, Daniel, maven modules were disabled under the Manage apps section.

I could find the expected maven options after enabling them.
