Switch from Bamboo 6.10.10 to Version 8.2.1

Dear Atlassian Support,

currently we like to switch from Atlassian Bamboo 6.10.10 and like to switch to 8.2.1.

My first mail I sent to community.attlassian.net ans I got this information:
"Bamboo releases from 7.0 have an extra licence validation code that prevents upgrades when using a licence that expired before the new version was released." bootstrap-health-check-failed 

So my question, what I have to do, to get this additional licence key?
