Stuck on "Please wait while Bamboo sets up database" - MSSql

Like others, my install has hung on the database setup - I've tried a few different installs/reinstalls, a different database name etc - Help

Hello @Charles Gallo welcome to the community!

You've mentioned that you've attempted to install Bamboo with different databases and retries, did they hang with the same exception? My first thoughts are about if the user you're running Bamboo has permissions to alter the files it requires.

The user I'm trying with is DBO, so I'm fairly sure it has rights
