I am successfully using Spec for a while.
But for the one project, I haven't received bamboo spec update after checking "Spec Status" tab found this:
I haven't found any noticeable errors in bamboo.log.
How could I check what is happening?
And how to fix it?
It's better to create support request at support.atlassian.com so support engineers can check server logs to see what's happening
