Source code checkout doesn't work

Hallo, I have a plan that it's triggered by a Source Code Checkout to a linked repository in Bitbucket, but when I submit changes nothing happens.

How can I investigate to find the root cause ?

The description you shared indicates a problem with the triggers configured.
Some questions that will help us to narrow down this issue:

• Can you check what triggers you have for this plan? (Plan configuration >> Triggers)
• Are you able to run the build manually and get the latest changes?

These are the triggers recommended:

Bitbucket Cloud:  Repository polling
Bitbucket Server: Bitbucket repository trigger
