SCP Task: Failed to connect to host

Hello,

I'm trying to configure a simple plan in Bamboo: Checkout from Subversion repository and Upload my Coldfusion source to a Test environment.

The plan execution throws attached exception. I have checked all parameter:

host: myhost

port: 2122

username: myuser

Authentication type: Password

password: mypassword

local path: *

Remote path: /mypath

I have a FTP connection (not SFTP) with this parameter and it works fine!

Do you know what am I doing wrong? Shall I need other task to upload my source by FTP?

Thanks for advance!

Hi Ignacio,

Thank you for your question.

What is your current Bamboo instance version, please?

Would be possible to inform/compare your settings for:

  • Source Control Checkout, where you provide a repository URL
  • SCP Task

Kind regards,
Rafael

Bamboo 4.4.8

Thanks for the fast response!

Rafael, sorry, can you share any news?

Hello,

We have the same exception. We cannot upload a file to an FTP Server via SCP plugin.

Our Bamboo version information
Version5.7-OD-06-010
Build number5714
Build date12/2/14

Our SCP Version:

The Log is attached as a file here:

Hopefully this helps to track down this error. Would be nice to be able to use the ftp deployment plan.

Cheers,
Thomas
