Rest API For a New Plan Creation in Bamboo

Is there any Rest API available in Bamboo to automatically trigger a new PLAN CREATION? 

Just like a display API which shows all the current plans in Bamboo(http://localhost:8085/rest/api/latest/plan),

is there any such API to create a new plan also?
