Removing the miscellaneous plugin configuration in UI doesn't update the Java Specs

If you check the Job configuration, initially I had checked the option under Miscellaneous to "Clean working directory after each build". Due to this the Java Specs got updated but even after I unchecked the option the Java specs still contained the Plugin configuration. Any leads on this pleaseWithoutPlugin.JPG

tried to reproduce the issue at Bamboo 6.8.1 and when checkbox "Clean working directory" is enabled I have

at generated Bamboo Specs

When I uncheck this setting and save Job configuration I don't have this code at generated Java code.

Let me know what version of Bamboo do you use and additional steps to reproduce
