Is there a way to prevent certain global variables from being overridden? We use a global variable to point to a server name that should never be overridden, and yet someone overrides it occasionally and breaks their build. Is there some way to make a global variable constant or immutable?
I'm afraid this is currently not possible, we do have improvement suggestion asking for the ability to restrict variables update only by admin users:
