Pre-Post Build Command Usage

I've recently installed the plugin to a standalone instance version 4.1 of bamboo. I see the plugin listed in the plugin manager, it's enabled, there are no erros but I do not see any new tabls that allow me to edit the commands in any configurations.

Is the installation retro active, meaning will I be able to add a command to builds that were already defined or will it take a new build definition for me to see the new feature?

You can find Pre Build & Post Build Commands configuration parameters at Miscellaneous tab for each Job.
