Not receiving emails from bamboo

Email notifications from bamboo do not sending emails, when build fail. We use to receive emails before but now we are receiving emails notifications.

Please someone help me to fix this issue.

Hello @The_Screen_ Ager,

If email delivery used to work, something may have changed in the configuration and may require an update.

Please monitor the <bamboo-home>/logs/atlassian-bamboo.log file whilst sending an email test:

  • Bamboo Administration -> Mail Server -> Add your e-mail address -> Test

The logs will tell you what's wrong. You can past the relevant part here if the error message is not clear.
