No Spring WebApplicationInitializer types detected on classpath

I have installed a clean copy of Bamboo 5.10.2 on Windows Server 2012, and when I try to load it, I get the following errors in my log:

This was a completely clean install, and I have Confluence/JIRA/Crucible all working on the same server.

 

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Bamboo 5.10 requires Java 1.8 to run.

 

I set the JAVA_HOME to 1.8.0&3, and can now start it by calling bin\bamboo-start, but when I run as a service, still get the above errors.

Check your System JAVA_HOME and PATH properties. It should point to JDK 1.8

Hi Chad,

Please refer to this link:

On the Java tab you probably have the service pointing to the old JRE dll. You will have to get the service pointing to the same JRE as the one you mentioned above.
