Looking to create Bamboo CLI tool to link repositories

Is there a way currently to link repositories both globally and within a plan via a Bamboo API? I am looking to create a CLI tool. Thanks

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Bamboo uses Specs (Java/YAML) to configure the Plan in a "configuration-as-code" model. Meaning that no REST API is available for that.

Is there an API call available for linking repositories globally? ie Not for linking repos in plans.
