Issue on Agent Approval

Hi Team please find the issues to be addressed.

1) Agent is asking for approval every 60 seconds even though it is approved.

2) Agent log is showing following warning message continously.

3) I had created a build plan which is supposed to checkout source code from Github respository.
It is actually downloading code in some unknown machine but not in the agent machine.

Note:-Telnet is happening from build server
