Is there any Spring Api deployment with Bamboo and Java Specs article

Hello I am very new to Bamboo and I am trying to find a good descriptive article on how to deploy a Spring Restful api application to Bamboo using Java Specs. The ones I saw so far are very basic and in my opinion we can have a better tutorial if is possible. Please let me know.
