Is there a variable in bamboo or any code in java to run only failed scenarios in run 2?

After run 1 which will run 2 times , 1 time with all scenarios and another time with failed scenarios, if I need another run after 10 minutes and this time I needs to run only failed scenarios for that I have to add unique tag and again trigger a run in bamboo. is there any variable in bamboo so that even after run 1 if trigger a run again after a interval of time will run only failed scenarios? or if there is any fragment of code that can be used to run only failed scenarios please notify
