In Bamboo, how can I prevent others from creating build plans under my build project?

We have several teams using Bamboo. In theory, each team creates and uses their own build projects. Occasionally someone mistakenly selects the wrong project for their new build plan. We were contemplating dedicating some agents to specific build projects, but we can't find a way to restrict who can use which project. Is there a method by which we can restrict which build projects a user may select when creating a build plan?
