Hi,

we try to connect Jira to our own Bamboo host, access to which is protected by IP address based firewall. We tried to find an address pool/list from which Jira connects to services like Bamboo but till now couldn't find nothing. Do you maybe know where we can find such a list or what are the addresses?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Daniel,

thanks for your response.

I have contacted Atlassian support and the list with the IP addresses from which Jira is accessing Bamboo host (on-premises) is the following: https://ip-ranges.atlassian.com/

Best regards

Piotr

Hi @Piotr Jurski,

This IPs/domains to be whitelisted are in this page: Atlassian Cloud IP ranges and domains.

Please notice that the information there is subject to change, this is why I'm not quoting the details directly to this thread.

I hope it helps.
