I bought a new license. When I try to apply it, Bamboo says the license is invalid. Why?

Edited

I am trying to re-key our bamboo instance with the new license I just bought -

It says the license is invalid.  Here is the new license:

Hi Dan,

I entered your license key into an internal system I have access to and it gave me back some more details about this license key:

Description     Bitbucket (Server) 10 Users: Starter License
NumberOfUsers     10
CreationDate     2018-08-02

As such, the license key you are using here is for Bitbucket server, not Bamboo.   I would recommend returning to your https://my.atlassian.com account and confirm that the product listed there is actually for Bamboo in case you have multiple licenses here.

Please let me know if we can be of any additional assistance here.

Andy
