I bought a new license. When I try to apply it, Bamboo says the license is invalid. Why?

I am trying to re-key our bamboo instance with the new license I just bought - 

It says the license is invalid.  Here is the new license:

Hi Dan,

I entered your license key into an internal system I have access to and it gave me back some more details about this license key:

Description     Bitbucket (Server) 10 Users: Starter License
NumberOfUsers     10
CreationDate     2018-08-02

As such, the license key you are using here is for Bitbucket server, not Bamboo.   I would recommend returning to your https://my.atlassian.com account and confirm that the product listed there is actually for Bamboo in case you have multiple licenses here.
