How to use Bamboo Specs for a non Internet Connected Bamboo Server?

I created the bamboo-specs folder in my repository and I have the Pom.xml in my directory with the PlanSpec java file in its own directory.

Similar to this question here, Bamboo uses it default POM and tries to go out to the internet to download the SuperPOM.

How can I prevent that? I don’t want Bamboo to go out the Internet and I can’t host my own Maven instance.
