Hello,
I created a support ticket with Atlassian to schedule a call to get some insights on migrating from the Bamboo server to the Bamboo cloud.
My support ticket request is: PA-141642
I created the ticket on 3rd Nov, but I have not received any response from their side.
Can someone help?
Thanks,
Niraj
Hello @Niraj Wagh
Currently Bamboo Data Center runs on on-premises and also on self-managed cloud instances, but it's not commercialised as SaaS, like Bamboo Cloud.
You can start your Bamboo journey to the Data Center by checking this page:
I have checked PA-141642, it has been already assigned; someone will get in touch with you soon.
Cheers,

Hello @Niraj Wagh
This Bamboo Community forum is highly technical and we may not be able to answer all your questions related to a possible migration.

If you are looking to use Bamboo "as a service", that's unfortunately not possible. Bamboo Cloud has been phased out a few years ago. Please let us know if you have any questions related to the Data Center version.
You can always run Bamboo on your Public/Private cloud instance, but it will be self-managed.
Regarding the ticket, I have reached out internally one more time asking for feedback.

Is there any other way to have a quick call scheduled with the Atlassian team for getting insights about the Bamboo migration?
