How to retreive the list of plans created for a bamboo project and and their keys

Hi Folks,

i am trying to set bamboo variables through REST API and for that plan key is necessary.

REST api format:

BAMBOO_BASE_URL/rest/api/latest/queue/PROJ-PLAN

Can you please let me know how do i retreieve a bamboo plan key

I have only project name ,env name , version handy with me.
