How to make the current directory in bamboo available to an external web service?

Is it possible to send the current directory or make it accessible to an external web service. 

I am planning to make a webservice which will perform certain operation on the files present in the current directory which the bamboo is using for building the project.

Bamboo task:

1. Send the entire directory or make the directory accessible using a url.
2. My external web service will access some files from the directory, perform certain actions and send the result back to bamboo task.
3. The bamboo task will pass or fail based on the result from the web service.

I am not sure how can we achieve this in the bamboo task.
