How to instruct SonarScanner plugin to pick "" file sitting in my project?

I see the following note on SonarScanner configuration page on Bamboo:

"NOTICE: project configuration is read from the file in your repository."

But when I put my custom file in my repository it doesn't recognize it.

As logs show it seems it is looking for property file in where sonar scanner installation is:

Scanner configuration file: ..../sonar-scanner-

The reason I want to read it from property file instead of passing parameter to command line is I want to save them in source code repository with code and be able to version control it.

How can I instruct SonarScanner plugin to pick my "" file?

I realized I had a typo in name of property file. Indeed, plugin recognizes the property file and picks all values from file.
