How to add bamboo windows agent to docker capabilities

We have multiple  remote agent setup. 

currently all agents are running in linux environment.

So we have added dedicated windows bamboo agent

In this agent we need to enable the docker capability

Windows agent server we have installed the docker desktop.

form the  bamboo sever environment we have added the  agent capabilities

when executing the build it shows parameter as this 

bamboo_capability_system_docker_executable=C:/Program Files/Docker/Docker/resources/bin

In the build plan

I have add  a task 

cmd in script

/**********

cd 

docker ps

********/

In execution time it says 

'docker' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

any idea how to fix this.  ?
