Hi @Nokulunga!

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

To temporarily gain access to your Bamboo Server instance with a new admin account, add the following option to your ${BAMBOO_INSTALL}/bin/setenv.sh/bat file under JVM_SUPPORT_RECOMMENDED_ARGS and restart Bamboo:

JVM_SUPPORT_RECOMMENDED_ARGS="-Datlassian.recovery.password=temporarypassword"

Once Bamboo starts, use recover_admin as the username along with the defined password.

Have your password reset, then undo the changes to setenv and don't forget to restart Bamboo afterwards.
