How do I add a requirement to a deployment plan via CLI?

I'm new to bamboo and the bamboo cli, but am part of a larger team working on a project.

We're trying to figure out how to add a requirement to a deployment plan.

I figured out that using: bamboo --action addRequirement --plan "CN-BAMMA" --job "JOB1" --requirement "system.builder.mvn3.Maven" --type "exists"

Adds the requirement to the build plan; however, if we want to target the deployment plan, is it possible to do that?
