How can i create and run plan branch by rest api?

Edited

I trying to create (if not exists) and running a plan branch by rest api. In my context, jenkins detect the new PR on github and then make a request to bamboo server.
First i tried request this:

curl -X PUT --user admin:admin http://localhost:8085/rest/api/latest/plan/MY_PRO_PLAN/branch/MY_BRANCH_NAME?vcsBranch="/refs/heads/BETA"

Where BETA is a destination of PR. But i just receive 404.

My Bamboo Server is version 5.14.5

@touchmx Why don't you use Bamboo to detect those branches immediately with github repositories instead of doing via Jenkin?
