How can I have acces from Jira or Confluence to read the status(idle/run/blocked) for Bamboo plan?

I am owner over 5 Bamboo clients. These clients are installed on PCs(Windows 10) shared togheter with developers. On each client runs daily a build plan.  To prevent a developer from entering/accesing  the PC while Bamboo is running, I try to read the status before to inform them that in this moment Bamboo is running and remaining x minutes until finish all tasks.  If it's possible I want to have acces to read the status from Confluence or JIRA. If not can please indicate me other methods?
