We have a very large Git repo in Bitbucket with a large number of WAV files that have been recently added. Since that time Bamboo has not been able to get all of the assets. When I checked the cached repo I see a significant number of files missing from the LFS directory compared to when I run a manual clone of the repo on the server. I am running Bamboo 5.15. I saw there was a bug related to LFS support in 6.0 and since 5.15 was the first version to support LFS that could be an issue as well.
Is it possible to manually run the `git clone` commands for a cached repo to make sure it is up to date?
