Getting null for uri when trying to Call POST method for Bamboo build plan

Hi,

I want to trigger Bamboo build plan using POST method but getting 404 status code. Below are the Details:

 

<status-code>404</status-code>

<message>null for uri: https://bamboo.schwab.com/rest/api/latest/Proj-plan</message>

 

URI i am using : https://bamboo.mycompany.com/rest/api/latest/Proj-Plan

 

What i am I doing wrong? How to debug. Reply is very much appreciated.
