Getting agent installation issue

Hi All I am trying to install a remote agent on ubuntu, its showing error. PF screen shot attached.

telent working on prodapp1 server to 54663, server is accesible via ssh as well.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community.

Assuming that remote agent host is different than the Bamboo Server, please check if telnet to prodapp1 on port 54663 from Agent Host.

If that works fine, then can you please check the Bamboo Server host and logs for any disk space issue or any. possible errors in <bamboo-home>/atlassian-bamboo.log while Agent trying to register with Bamboo Server.

Usually this issue comes up due to Firewall connectivity issue between Agent and Bamboo App Hosts, Space issue in Bamboo/agent server.
