Fastlane task on remote agent is broken after one minute; how to tune it?

Hello everyone,

I am having an issue with a remote agent, that runs on a MacOS machine via a Bamboo remote agent, everything on-prem.

There is one task (firing up some mobile emulator) that takes some minutes to complete; in this time there is no output from fastlane.

The problem is that the task is interrupted (I assume by Bamboo) exactly after one minute. I have no clue how to tune this period - I have tried the 3 env vars for the remote agent heartbeat interval (https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo/changing-the-remote-agent-heartbeat-interval-289277412.html), but not only that it does not work, but it also brings some side effects (Bamboo says that the remote agent exited during the execution of the task, which is not true).

I think that's a bug in Bamboo. In any case, does anyone have any recommendation?

Thank you.
