Export Bamboo Projects from Old Server to New Server (New Server has existing Projects)

Dear All

Need expert advise

We have Exported Bamboo Projects from Old Server to New Server (New Server has existing Projects). Problem now is If we import the Exported File to New Server it will overwrite setup in the New Server (We have created new Projects in the Server)
