Execute powershell script on remote Windows server

Hello There,

I would like to execute a powershell script on a remote windows machine but previously it must be downloaded form the build. 

How can I copy and execute it? Do I need a Bamboo agent on that server to achieve that? 

There is no option to have FTP service  or share drive... what is more I cannot use "in line" script... 

 

Any ideas?
