Execute Plan by code commit but maximal every 2 hours

Hi

I would like to know if there is a possibility to trigger a plan based on commits, but not more the every 2 hours. The first commit triggers directly the plan. all further commitsinside the next 2 hours will result in one trigger of the plan after that time period.

Optional: after first commit waits on further commits inside 1 hour and then triggers the plan

Or can I do this somehow else?

Repository polling trigger with polling period set to 2 hours should pretty much do it.
