Exception on Windows Remote Agent

I am using Bamboo 3.3 on Ubuntu Lucid with a single remote agent on Windows 7 and sometimes the remote agent throws the following exception repeatedly:

Hi Jason,

The log messages are reporting two issues.

1. Problems to initialize the Agent:

This problem is usually fixed if you (1) Restart the Server (2) Remove the Agent Home Directory and (3) try to install the Agent again.

2. The Agent is having problems to contact the Server:

It seems that the server is not answering the requests made by the Agent. First, please take the steps suggested at item 1. If it is still failing with RequestTimedOutIOException would be good if you create a Support ticket at http://support.atlassian.com so that we can obtain more details from your instance (the data may be confidential, so the Support site would be the best place to continue investigating the issue). Once we find the problem solution, we can provide it here so that it can be public.
