Hi @Rika Mandasari

I see this question is from last week and I'm not sure if you are still facing this problem at the moment. Please let me know if this is the case so I can open a support ticket for you. The support channel seems to be more appropriate for this type of issue.

I had a little chat with a developer this morning and his hint was that this could be a permission issue or even a concurrent modification issue, but those are only guesses based on the limited information we have.

I'll wait for your next comment to decide if I open a ticket for this one or not.
