Hi @rupakchapa39

To troubleshoot this error better you will need to check the log messages in this file:

• <bamboo-home>/logs/atlassian-bamboo.log

Please check if there are other messages also associated with this error. It is very common that incomplete proxy settings will cause this effect.

If the issue is related to the proxy, you will need to make sure it is configuration is correct in <bamboo-install>/conf/server.xml.
